Microsoft IE9 and Java Applets

IE9 has problems displaying the Java Applets and usually hangs or crashes:


SOLUTION:

1. Install the latest version of Java:
   • Get the latest version
     
     
2. Enable Compatibility view settings in IE 9 (this is essential to have Java applets working)
• Open IE 9 browser
• Click on Tools tab
• Click on Compatibility view settings option
• Click on Add button
• Add the website.
