The vanished blog has not been recovered after two weeks

I just published a reply to a post claiming that the situation has been fixed...FAR FROM BEING TRUE !

A recovery process that has not been completed after two weeks makes you wonder if they do have any decent backup processes in place after all.

I'm left to start again...

But I am very disappointed and frustrated, not so much by the glitch itself - we all know that it can happen,  as by the total lack of communication and respect for users.

Blogger Buzz: Blogger is back

From Sydney, Australia , I created a blog on Thursday night May 12, installed the Innove template, added a page and 2 posts and went to sleep. On Friday 13th I observed I had no more access and even worse that there was no such blog. As it was a blog for work, at Sydney Uni, I would like to have that restored:
eie-ito.blogspot.com with title EIE IT Operations.
I could not find any way of communicating with blogger's people except for the blogger help forum,where I posted a question about my missing blog. I hope somebody from the blogger team is reading that...although they might be busy restoring...as they posted on http://knownissues.blogspot.com/
